Timeshare Vacations at half the price!

    There are a number of people who own vacation timeshares and sometimes end up with more weeks then they can currently use.  This site is devoted to connecting the people who have vacation time to sell with people who are looking for a good vacation at a reasonable price.  What is a reasonable price.  If you can get a vacation for about half the normal price, that by most, would be a reasonable price.  Of course we know all things are negotiable but half price is a good place to start.

    I am currently working with Timeshare companies to effect policy changes so the Timeshare companies take your money and not the owners.  This would be a more secure arrangement for non-owners laying out large sums of money.  It is a growing concern due to the increase of dishonest people who act as a Timeshare owner, take your money, and deliver no Timeshare vacation.  If and when I make any progress in this area I'll post the results and give links to Timeshare companies that operate under these policies.  Until then, know who you are dealing with and be careful.

    So how does this process work?  Take a look at some of the timeshare companies below and find a vacation resort you would like to go to.  Call that vacation resort, not the timeshare, and see what a week vacation would cost.  Then contact the timeshare owner offering their week and see if it can be traded to that location.   Next agree on a price.  After that the owner will contact the timeshare company and arrange the details.  Once you get the paper confirmation from the owner you should then contact that resort to confirm that all arrangements are correct and ready to go.  That's it.  Enjoy your vacation!
